how far apart should i plant habanero pepper plants?

I have over 15 seeds planted habanero gold and 30 seeds of death habanero white, as int he small plastic mini greenhouse things. i have moved on in my yard after they begin to grow.
Hey, important question! I grew up a lot of peppers, so I expect Dialect I can help some.
Habanero plants can go a little OverR a foot high at approximately three feet high, two meters in height is average, so I'll infrastructure my answer on this point.
