How to make one increase in purl on moss/seed stitch?

In the moss / seed point I'm knitting on PURLs and whispers on knits-righteous? Well, I do not seem to be able to increase the purl - knit the second is at best a loop on the needle. Please help It's driving me crazy?
Interconnections in front of the mesh, without moving the needle on the right hand, then combine in the back of the grid, then drag it to the right knitting needle.

P.s. I forgot to speak, never absorbed your seeds under too much peat! the holes in those tablets can be rather burly but it isn't intended that you obscure them that recondite, more often than not the instructions will ordain you to unqualifiedly descent the seed in and wait. I've infer from that they can keep the roots too wet and about base rot but we'll see. I use covered cups as cloners too, like a biosphere, saves watering and other problems. 100% rooting so far, once your get your get going down it's almost idiot support. I use distilled water to assimilate the peat pad - impartial PH, no chlorine, no contaminants.
