The Borough Widespread Community Network (BWCN) is working in partnership with Wigan in Bloom to support members of the community to accompany events to learn more about how to go about the planting of bulbs, hanging baskets and other equivalent items with a survey to returning to their neighbourhoods and sharing these skills with blood, friends and neighbours. Some fun events are planned in parks around the borough and the other events will be held at Tudor Organization, 8 Liverpool Passage, Hindley, Wigan. The events are complimentary but people must 'enrol in' as numbers are minimal. Primacy will be premised to members of the BWCN if required exceeds reserve, and all children must be supervised by an adult/carer/keeper.
