Years ago, as I was walking up to the bewildering-looking to forgo for Tibet Nepal Council, a myriad of questions flashed in my head: "What's Tibetan provisions like?" "And what's the eats of Nepal like?" "The bottom of the put one's John Hancock on says 'Himalayan Cuisine' - how's that divergent from Tibetan and Nepalese dishes?" There was a bit of trepidation from my company, but my intrusiveness was greater than their hesitancy, and after that first go too far 3 years ago, I've been succeeding back ever since. :) It turns out that Tibetan and Nepalese dishes are more than approachable, with many offerings bursting with absurd flavors thanks to the routine of Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Saffron and other odorous ingredients. The gigantic menu is the the world of Chef Karma Tenzing Bhotia, a born of Nepal with a Tibetan ancestry.
