how do you open a christofle photo frame?

I was told a picture frame 5x7 Christofle as a gift and I can not understand how to open it to put my own incarnation inside. It has a small circular tack which is on the back that moves up or down, but I am not able to open the connection when I move it to either position.

I am not aware of your image, but I had a drive me crazy and it was only a little doohickey that looked like it was holding back on form .... I was busy with her a long time until I realized once and for all that the top of the backing was seated in a groove in the edge ...
